What is a Loop?
A Loop is a WanderLOOPS group trip with fixed dates, a published price and a group capped at 12 people. Everyone is reviewed before they join, a WanderLOOPS host travels with the group, and the trip is paced with free time. Loops currently run to Bali, Europe, Kashmir, Finland and Japan.
Who goes on a Loop?
Creators, founders and intentional travellers, most of them travelling solo. You do not need to know anyone. Groups are capped at 12 so nobody gets lost in a crowd, and every traveller is reviewed before joining so the group fits together. A host stays with the group throughout the trip.
How does the review work?
You fill in a short application on the trip page. A real person at WanderLOOPS reads every application and replies within 24 hours. If you are invited, you receive a payment link to secure your seat. Nobody joins a Loop without being reviewed first, which is how the groups stay small and well matched.

Open Loops are Bali and Gili (Nov 12 to 19, 2026, ₹65,000), NYE Central Europe (Dec 23, 2026 to Jan 3, 2027, from €1,899), Kashmir Snow Week (Feb 9 to 14, 2027, from ₹75,000), Finland (Feb 14 to 22, 2027, from €3,100) and Japan (Mar 22 to 30, 2027, from ₹1,71,000). Prices are per person.
What is included, and what is not?
Each trip page lists exact inclusions. Bali includes villas, breakfast, a welcome dinner, snorkelling, ATV, e-visa and insurance. Europe includes hotels, an overnight sleeper train, intercity trains and Schengen visa assistance. International flights are not included unless a trip page says so. The trip page is always the source of truth.
How do payments and cancellation work?
A deposit of ₹5,000 holds your spot and the rest can be paid in parts on a schedule shared at booking. Payments run on Razorpay, and EMI is available on select cards. A booking is fully refundable for 72 hours after you confirm. After that, the refund policy in the site footer applies.
What are Creator Grants?
A Creator Grant covers 20% to 35% of the price of a Loop for creators with 5K or more followers, aged 19 to 38. The exact percentage is confirmed in writing before you pay. A grant never covers the full trip, there is no script, and you must be available for the whole Loop.
Can WanderLOOPS plan a custom trip?
Yes. Custom trips are private, have your own dates and no fixed departure. You get a full plan and cost within 48 hours, and planning is free. Starting prices per person: Japan from ₹1,85,000, South Korea from ₹89,500, Bali family from ₹60,000, Sri Lanka from ₹65,000, Spain from €2,050.
